Leviticus 4:4-6

⁴ He shall bring it to the door of the Tabernacle, and shall lay his hand upon its head and kill it there before Jehovah. ⁵ Then the priest shall take the animal’s blood into the Tabernacle, ⁶ and shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord in front of the veil that bars the way to the Holy of Holies.
